Booking a tutor with us is easy and we are here to help you at each step of the way:

1) Request: Request a tutor online (see: Contact Us) and request a time and date you would like an initial tuition session. You can also call us directly and speak to one of our agents about your needs.

2) Contact: We will contact you within two hours - either by phone or email (depending on your preference) to confirm the name and background of the tutor who would most suit your needs.

3) First Lesson: Once you are happy and you wish to proceed with a booking, we will charge a fully refundable fee to secure your booking.

4) Subsequent lessons: If after the lesson you are not happy with the tutor - we guarantee your money back within 24 hours. Should you wish to continue lessons with our tutors, all subsequent lesson bookings must be made through us.
